Two congregations came together as one church body and formed a merger of the United Church of Christ and the United Presbyterian Church, which took place on September 29, 1963, in which the members of both bodies became one church, calling us United Church of Crook.
Out of a desire to join together with like-minded people for fellowship and outreach, the members of the United Church of Crook voted to associate with the Evangelical Free Church of America on October 4, 1987.
